This marks the sixth gathering of Kazan and Moscow artists within the festival, held on the stage of the Tatar Cultural Centre in the capital.

This meeting was held within the framework of the "Days of Culture of the Abai region in the Republic of Tatarstan".

At the conclusion of the meeting, Vasil Shaykhraziev presented the school with a selection of books and posters featuring notable Tatar figures.

One of the project's key elements is a video art piece dedicated to Marsel Salimzhanov, director of the Kamala Theatre.

This year, the event is timed to coincide with the Year of the Family, and the main theme is the Tatar family.

Participants will have the opportunity not only to learn about traditions but also to experience them firsthand and immerse themselves in the world of folk art.

During the program, the children were introduced to Tatar games, attire, holidays, and traditions.

The XIII International Festival-Competition "IDEL" will be held on November 22, 2024.
