On October 1, registration for the republican contest for young photographers “SURӘT” opened. Applications are accepted until October 23 inclusive. Details and registration on the website.
The contest is aimed at supporting young photographers of the Republic of Tatarstan who focus their attention on the cultural identity of peoples and ethnic groups.
To participate, a young photographer must be at least 14 and not older than 35 years old, as well as live on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In the questionnaire, you must submit up to 3 works in one of the following nominations: Retro. Architecture, Faces, Culture, Small Homeland and Digital Photography. The best works of the contestants will be presented at the exhibition in November and December 2022.
The project is being implemented with the support of the Presidential Foundation for Cultural Initiatives. The partners are the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs “Rosmolodezh”, the Art Cluster “Tavrida”, the Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Agency for Marketing Communications MASCOT.
