The Executive Committee of the World Congress of Tatars, the Union of Artists of Russia in Tatarstan and the Institute of Language, Literature and Art after G. Ibragimov, RT Academy of Sciences from October 10 2014 to March 21 2015 holds a creative contest “Tatar woman in the family and society.” Organization and holding the contest directly the organization of the World Tatar women “Ak kalfak” is involved.

The contest accepted the works by artists from Tatarstan, Russian Federation, the CIS and foreign countries, created in a variety of genres of fine art (portrait, landscape, thematic painting, arts and crafts, costume, etc.).

Works accepted for the competition will be presented at the exhibition in April 2015. The winners will be awarded at the III Forum of Tatar women which allegedly to be held in May 2015.
