Shooting the first film-fairy tale “Hydyr-dede” based on the Crimean Tatar legend ended in the Crimea. The picture will tell the audience about the culture and traditions of the Crimean Tatars of the XVIII century, the “Arguments of the Week – Crimea” reported on October 30 referring to the producer of the film Aider Muradosilov.
The presentation of the film is scheduled for January-February 2018. The premiere will be held in Simferopol. “Initially, we aimed at the children’s audience, but in process of writing a script expanded the framework. So, in the film there was a thin thread of love of the elder brother and elder sister of our small, but the main characters of the fairy tale – the boy Asan and the girl Feride, “Muradosilov said.
The original version of the film-fairy tale sounds in the Crimean Tatar language. The film is scheduled to be translated into English, Turkish, Ukrainian and Russian.
In the film, about 40 actors are involved in the main and episodic roles, around 700 people took part in the mass scenes, among them residents of Moscow, Kiev and even Turkey. The smallest actor does not have a year, the oldest is 93 years old. In shooting the famous Crimean Tatar collectives, among which ensemble “Karym” and “Yildizlar” took part.
Filming took place in the villages of Kokluz and Kiosh Degirmmen, in the forests of the Grand Canyon and Mangup, in the Khan’s Palace and Dervish Evi in Bakhchisaray, the ethical complex “Dzeval” and the Tekih Dervishes, the Crimean Tatar manor and the ethnocomplex “Alem”.
