As previously reported, the 10th Republican contest of young performers of Tatar song “Tugan Tel” took place in Dyurtyuli ( Bashkortstan). This year, a jury assessed the performance skills of young talents in two categories: professional and amateur artists.

The winner of the Grand Prix became the only one performer – a student of Academy of Arts of Bashkortstan named after Z.Ismagilov, Radif Zaripov. He was announced the best among more than fifty singers. To the point, the singers participated in the competition were not only from Bashkortstan and Tatarstan, but also from Orenburg, Chelyabinsk, Omsk regions and Kazakhstan.

First contest of young performers of Tatar song ” Tugan Tel ” was held in Ufa in 1995. The author of the project then was Alik Lukmanov, chairman of the Commission for Culture and Arts of Executive Committee of the Congress of Tatars of Bashkortstan, a representative for the World Congress of Tatars in Bashkortstan. Frequency of contest – once in two years. Earlier, the competition was held in Ufa , since 2011 in Dyurtyuli.
