On October 19, the festive opening of the «Tatar Courtyard» pavilion took place on the Khasan market in St. Petersburg with support of the administration of the Krasnogvardeisky district of St. Petersburg,  administration of the Aznakaevsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan and  Permanent Mission of the Republic of Tatarstan in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.

A colorful program was waiting for the guests of the event, on which harmonists played Tatar music, girls in bright, beautifully decorated dresses accompanied the newcomers to  opening, and much more.

A large queue of people wishing to buy products from Tatarstan gathered at the pavilion. Among foodstuffs are katyk, kaymak, kort, sausages and smoked duck meat, various types of chakchak and baursaki.

Representatives of the society of Tatar women “Ak kalfak-Neva” also took part in a festive opening of the pavilion “Tatar Courtyard”.

Now Petersburgers will be able to buy products from Tatarstan daily.
