On October 19, in the conference hall of the Religious Board  of Muslims of the Republic of Tatarstan  (DUM RT), an educational action to test literacy in the Tatar language “Tatarcha dictation” was held.

Religious figures, as well as leaders and employees of the apparatus of the muftiate and its established organizations: the Zakat Charity Fund, the Halal Standard Committee, the DUM RT Hajj  operator, the Wakf RT Foundation, and the Khuzur Publishing House about 100 people tried their hand at writing a dictation in the Tatar language.

It is curious that employees of the muftiat and other nationalities expressed their desire to take part in the rally: Russians, Arabs, Tajiks, etc.

The protesters wrote an excerpt from the work “Min Kulyma Kitap Alam” by the famous Tatar writer Robert Minnullin. The text was dictated by the first deputy mufti of Tatarstan Rustam Hazrat Valiulin. It is noteworthy that this year 25 Tatarstan mukhtasibats also joined the action.

Imams and parishioners of mosques of Kazan, Nurlatsky, Elabuga, Bavlinsky, Arsky, Bugulminsky, Menzelinsky, Buinsky, Sabinsky, Tyulyachinsky, Aktanyshsky, Aksubaevsky, Verkhneuslonsky and other districts showed the greatest activity in writing the “Review Work”. Thus, the muftiate of the Republic of Tatarstan has become one of the venues for the second time.
