The Days of Tatarstan Culture will be held in Moscow from the 20th to the 22nd of August.

Over three days in Moscow, as part of the Days of Culture of Tatarstan, there will be a series of events. These include the Days of Tatarstan Cinema and an exhibition marking the 100th anniversary of the “Tatarkino” institution. Film screenings will feature “Breloch”, “Nigez Yort”, and “Ostazbike”. There will also be a concert by the Tatar Cultural Centre of Moscow, a creative meeting with poets and writers from the Republic of Tatarstan, and a lecture on “Tatar jewellery” by Gulshat Nugaibekova, a collector and reconstructor of folk costume. The Days of Culture of Tatarstan in Moscow will conclude with a gala evening featuring masters of the arts from the Republic of Tatarstan.

Furthermore, ceremonies will be held in Moscow on these days to lay flowers at the monument to the Hero of the Soviet Union Musa Dzhalil and the monument to the great figure of Tatar culture Gabdulla Tukay.
