The Tatar National-Cultural Autonomy of the Penza Region is dedicated to preserving its native language. As part of this commitment, the autonomy offers free Tatar language courses, held every Sunday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at their office.

These courses are led by Dina Yangurazova, an experienced methodologist at the Kayum Nasyri Institute and a teacher of Tatar language and literature. Upon successful completion of the courses, each graduate will receive a certificate verifying their level of proficiency in the Tatar language.

The Tatar National Cultural Autonomy of Penza Region has generously provided students with all necessary textbooks and learning materials for mastering the Tatar language. These efforts are aimed at preserving and promoting the Tatar language, as well as encouraging its active use among the Tatar youth of the Penza region.
