This project is being undertaken on the directive of Omsk region governor V.P. Khotsenko, in collaboration with the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N. Minnikhanov, and with the support of the World Congress of the Tatars.

Arthur Sabirov, Director of the Republican Public Charitable Foundation “Fund of the World Congress of the Tatars,” and Chairman of the Council of the Public Organization of the Regional Tatar National-Cultural Autonomy of the Omsk Region “Madaniyat,” Radik Minikhanov, and Khakimchan Ibragimov, Head of the Yarkovsky Rural Settlement of the Ust-Ishim municipal fistrict of Omsk region got acquainted with the progress of construction.

Vasil Shaikhraziev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of the Tatars, will soon visit the site to personally review the construction work.
