Today, August 22, a member of the Council of the World Forum of Tatar Youth and a representative of the forum’s organizing committee, Timerkhan Shaikhetdinov, took part in the GTRK “Tatarstan” program “Current Interview.”
During the conversation, he spoke about the 9th World Forum of Tatar Youth, which will take place in Kazan from August 26 to 28. On August 27, a plenary session of the forum will be held in the B. Ramiev IT Park building. Young Tatars from all over the world, public figures, specialists, and guests from the fields of culture, science, and business will gather there.
After the plenary session, participants will take part in the forum’s educational program. They will be divided into sections across six areas:
Media: the Tatar world’s media space — projects and innovations;
Digital Solutions: innovative digital solutions — from idea to implementation;
Tatar Entrepreneurship: development and support of Tatar business;
Contemporary Tatar Culture: culture in the modern context — new horizons;
Education and Upbringing: new approaches and traditional values in Tatar society;
History of the Tatars: past, present, and future.
Each section will feature experts and experienced professionals, while young people will present their projects and take part in discussions. The sections will help participants not only gain knowledge but also outline ways to implement national ideas.
In the afternoon, a meeting of the Council of the World Forum of Tatar Youth will take place. Delegates will discuss the forum’s future and new projects.
In addition, Timerkhan also spoke about the “Pechen Bazar” (“Hay Market”) festival. This event traditionally introduces Kazan residents and guests of the city to national culture, art, music, and folk crafts.
