On August 20, a meeting was held in the Tukaevsky Muhtasibat with the participation of all the district’s imams. The gathering summed up the results of activities during the summer period and discussed plans and tasks for the near future. In particular, attention was given to the organization of mosque-based courses.

Special focus was placed on the approaching month of Mawlid, which this year begins at sunset on August 23. It was noted that this Mawlid has special significance, as it marks 1,500 years since the birth of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.

The district’s imam-muhtasib, Insaf Hazrat Saubanov, emphasized the importance of holding events in parishes dedicated to this significant date. He also called on the imams to take part in events organized by the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Republic of Tatarstan, in particular the citywide Mawlid, which will be held on August 29 in Kazan.

In addition, Insaf Hazrat Saubanov reminded those present of the upcoming elections (September 14) and urged the imams to take an active part in the voting and to support the Rais (Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov.

The meeting concluded with the recitation of a collective dua (prayer).
