The World Congress of the Tatars is holding the All-Russian competition of methodological developments for extracurricular activities “Apush”

From May 4 to June 20 of this year, the World Congress of the Tatars, together with the Institute of Education Development of the Republic of Tatarstan, is holding the All-Russian competition of methodological developments for extracurricular activities “Apush,” dedicated to the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia and the Year of Gabdulla Tukay, proclaimed by the National Council of the World Congress of the Tatars.

Main goals of the competition:

  • development of creative activity and professional skills of educators;

  • stimulating teacher activity in creating and implementing innovative methods for organizing and conducting extracurricular activities;

  • forming an active life position and fostering a sense of pride in one’s people among the younger generation through exposure to the lives and work of outstanding figures of the Tatar people.

Teachers and educators may participate in the competition. Participation is free. Submissions are accepted in the Tatar language. Winners and laureates are awarded diplomas from the World Congress of the Tatars and cash prizes. All participants not included in the list of winners receive participant certificates.

The competition accepts methodological developments for extracurricular activities in the Tatar language dedicated to the life and work of the great Tatar poet Gabdulla Tukay. There are no restrictions regarding the age or teaching experience of participants.

The competition is held remotely. Submissions are accepted until May 25, 2026, at the following email address: magarif.komitet@gmail.com.
