Magnitogorsk voted for beauty, tenderness, hard work and for  “Super Ani”

In Magnitogorsk, for the first time, fun and with spring fervor passed the competition of Tatar women “Super Ani”, timed to coincide with the International Women’s Day on March 8. In the department of Tatar culture, they hatched the idea to hold such a holiday long ago. And so it happened – and mothers are ready, and the children have grown up.

According to the scenario, which was excitedly,  yet since the fall, was thought out by chief  Kadriya Iskhakova department and  methodologist Lia Akhmetzyanova, the whole action took place in the context of spring-summer ancient rites, like preparing for the plow holiday – the famous Sabantuy – from the beginning of snow melting to sowing. Sabantuy itself consisted of several rituals that began in early spring: the arrival of the first birds, “Karga botkasy” (“Crow Porridge”) and “Soren Sugu” (“Gathering Gifts”), is closer to the sowing season.

 

So our holiday did not begin according to the protocol. Participants of the festivities with songs and a traditional holiday pole with ribbons and a towel went up to the stage of Magnitogorsk House of Friendship of Peoples under merry music, bringing with them a breath of spring and good mood.
