Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of the Tatars Vasil Shaykhraziev is on a working trip to the Donetsk People’s Republic. Here he met with an asset of the Tatar public organization of the Donetsk People’s Republic.

Mr. Shaykhraziev spoke about the history, activities and projects of the World Congress of the Tatars. The chairman also presented the Congress awards.

The medals “For great services to the Tatar people” were awarded to the head of the Center for Tatar Culture in Donetsk, Farida Hafizova and the Chairman of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Rashid Bragin.

Moreover, the center was presented with special gifts from the World Congress of Tatars: a laptop, a color printer and books.
