In Moscow,  President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, presented state awards to Shamil Tarpischev and Khasyan Zyabirov.

In Moscow,  President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, presented state awards to Shamil Tarpischev and Khasyan Zyabirov.

The presentation ceremony was held at the Plenipotentiary   Representation of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Russian Federation. It was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Russian Federation Ravil Akhmetshin, employees of the Representation.

President of the Tennis Federation of Russia Shamil Tarpischev  “for fruitful cooperation and a special contribution to the promotion of tennis in the Republic of Tatarstan” was awarded the medal of the Order “For Merits to the Republic of Tatarstan”. Shamil Anvyarovich, whose name is forever associated with Russian tennis, on March 7 turned 70 years old.

“I am very grateful that fate has developed so much – we have become friends historically. It is a great honor for me to accept the award. Many thanks! “- said Shamil Tarpishchev.

It should be noted that Shamil Anvarovich maintains close working relations with Tatarstan. As a professor at the Department of Theory and Methods of Sports Disciplines, he lectures at the Volga Academy of Sports and Tourism. His name bears  the Tennis Academy in Kazan.

Adviser to the General Director of Stroytransgaz JSC Khasyan Zyabirov “for fruitful cooperation with the Republic of Tatarstan and active public activity” from the hands of Rustam Minnikhanov received the medal of the Republic of Tatarstan “For valorous work”.

In general, it is always pleasant to receive an award, but it is doubly pleasant when this award is from the beloved and native Tatarstan, and it is three times pleasant and honorable to receive the award from the hands of  President of the Republic of Tatarstan, a very respected person, “Khasyan Sharifzhanovich thanked for the award.

On March 15, Khasyan Zyabirov celebrated his 60th birthday.

Shamil Anvarovich Tarpischev – President of the Tennis Federation of Russia, member of the International Olympic Committee, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor, Ph.D., Chairman of the Board of Directors of the International Tennis Tournament Kremlin Cup, captain of the Russian national tennis team, Honored coach of the USSR and Russia, Russia is the winner of the Davis Cups and the Federation (twice).

Today tennis is an integral part of our country, and popularity to Russian tennis came only in the late 80’s. It was Shamil Anvarovich who “infected” Russia with tennis, thanks to him this sport from the fun for the elite became one of the most popular.

Having become a senior coach of the national team in 25 years (which in those years seemed fiction), he dreamed of conquering the world of Russian tennis players.

It  is  just Tarpischev, having overcome all obstacles and misunderstandings, proved to the whole world, and above all to our country, that Russian athletes are in power to lead the world’s top ten tennis players.

Thanks to the sensitive and skilful management of Shamil Anvarovich, the successes of Yevgeny Kafelnikov and Marat Safin became possible, who  at different times became the best tennis players in the world.

In 2005, for the first time, Russia became the leading tennis power.

An unprecedented heyday under the leadership of Tarpischev made the women’s national team of Russia, which in 2004-2008 four times won in the Federation Cup.

Khasyan Sharifzhanovich Zyabirov – Honored Transport Worker of the Russian Federation, laureate of the Government of the Russian Federation Prize, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor.

 

His career  H.Sh. Zyabirov started as a railroad erector of the Kuibyshev Railway.

After graduating from the Moscow Institute of Railway Transport Engineers, he connected his life with the railway.

In July 1991, H.Sh. Zyabirov was appointed first deputy head of the Gorky branch of the Gorky Railway, and in April 1993 was transferred to the post of deputy chief of the Gorky Railway,  head of the transportation service. In 1998, he became the first deputy chief of the Far Eastern Railway (Khabarovsk).

In 1999, H.Sh. Zyabirov was appointed  head of the Gorky Railway. Under his leadership, on direction  by  Minister of Railways of the Russian Federation, G.M. Fadeev, the whole complex of works on the opening of high-speed passenger traffic Moscow-Nizhny Novgorod   has been implemented.

In August 2002, H.Sh. Zyabirov took the post of Deputy Minister of Railways of the Russian Federation, and in May 2003 – First Deputy Minister.

In October 2003, one of the largest transport companies in Russia and abroad was established – JSC Russian Railways. On October 24, 2003, the Board of Directors of JSC «Russian Railways» unanimously approved the candidature of H.Sh. Zyabirova as the first vice-president of the company. In this capacity he worked until September 2005.
