Tatarka (Tatar woman) from Toulouse created a video about the arrival of Zenit-Kazan in France

Inera Safargalieva, who lives in the second largest French region called Occitania, created a video about the arrival of Zenit-Kazan in France. She is head of the French-Tatar association “Occitanie and Tataria” in Toulouse. Its goal is to establish cultural, educational interaction between the French and Tatar worlds. One of her projects is called “Let’s get acquainted”, in which she created a sketch-video report about the arrival of Zenit-Kazan in December of last year in Toulouse in French, Russian and Tatar.
The famous team “Zenit-Kazan” held a match with the Toulouse volleyball team “Spacer’s”. A video report about this I.Safargaliyeva showed in French at the conference “Tatarstan and Volga-Ural Tatars”, recently held in Toulouse. The leitmotif, the ideological tone of all the conferences of her organization, according to I.Safargaliyeva, are the words by the famous Tatar scientist R. Khakimov: “Tatars are one of the rare peoples, of whom we know more legends and inventions than the truth.”
Modern Tatarstan, she believes, puts a lot of effort into the development of sports in the republic and its image throughout the world. And these efforts of the republic are the face of the whole Tatar people, in spite of the fact that many of them live far beyond the borders of this republic, – I.Safargaliyeva believes.
- Safargaliyeva is engaged in popularizing the culture and history of the Tatar people in France. She shoots films and considers this to be one of the best ways to realize her personal tasks, which completely resonate with the goals of her organization.
