The edition was published in 2012 at the State Unitary Enterprise “Tatar book publishing house.” Most of the circulation was transferred to the city library and the regional centers of the republic. The publication includes more than 350 names of kinship, played an important role in the history of the nation and the state whose representatives live in the whole territory of Russia, near and far abroad.
Presentation of cash prizes took place after the New Year holidays. Adil Bakievich for third place received 70 thousand rubles.
