Today at the Galiyevskaya mosque   dua for the rest of the soul of Sakina Shaimieva will be held

After Friday prayers at the Galiyev Mosque of Kazan, the ayats from the Koran will be  read and making   dua asking the Almighty to rest the soul of the wife of the First President of the Republic of Tatarstan, State Counselor Mintimer Shaimiev Sakina Shakirovna.

Sakina Shakirovna  has died today after a serious illness.

Mufti RT Kamil hazrat Samigullin expressed his condolences: “On my own behalf, on behalf of the DUM RT  (Religious Board of Muslims)  and the Ummah of Tatarstan, I express my deep sorrow at the death of Sakina Khanum Shaimieva. It is impossible to put into words the grief that has now fallen on the shoulders of the first President of the Republic of Tatarstan and the State Advisor of the Republic of Tatarstan Mintimer Sharipovich Shaimiev, who lost his spouse and support in life, as well as pain in the soul of their children and grandchildren. Patience to them. We pray with all our hearts that our dua, for the rest of Sakina Shakirovna’s soul, will be accepted by the Almighty. For the Creator to bring her into Paradise, show her Grace and give her protection. Verily, we belong to Allah and return to Him! ”
