On 19–20 November 2025, the Republic of Tatarstan will host the main events of the international conference “One Ummah – One Destiny”, as well as celebrations dedicated to the 45th anniversary of the religious service of the Supreme Mufti, Chairman of the Central Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Russia, Sheikh-ul-Islam Talgat Hazrat Tadzhuddin.

The program will begin in Kazan with participant registration and visits to key spiritual sites of the Tatarstan capital. Delegates will visit the Kazan Kremlin, where they will tour the Qol Sharif Mosque and perform akhsham prayer. They will then meet with the Mufti of Tatarstan, Kamil Hazrat Samigullin, to learn about the work of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The agenda also includes visits to the historic Al-Marjani Mosque and the cultural complex Tugan Avylym, where a ceremonial reception in honor of the anniversary of Talgat Hazrat Tadzhuddin will take place in the evening.

The following day, delegates will travel to the ancient city of Bolgar, a center of Islamic heritage on the Volga River. The program includes visits to the White Mosque, the Bolgar Museum of Civilization, and the Bolgar Islamic Academy.
