From September 21 to 25, in the Republic of Crimea All-Russian festival of Tatar Folklore "Tugerek uyen" will be held. The festival will feature Tatar folk groups from 19 subjects of Russian Federation: from Astrakhan, Samara, Sverdlovsk, Kirov, Nizhny Novgorod, Omsk, Orenburg, Tyumen, Ulyanovsk, Volgograd, Penza, Chelyabinsk and Perm regions, as well as from Bashkortostan, Mordovia, Mari El, Udmurtia, Chuvashia, Tatarstan and Crimea. The extensive program includes a grand opening on the territory of pension Bakhchsarai of the municipality of the Republic of Crimea, visiting concerts to Bakhchisarai suburbs, city tours to Bakhchisarai and Simferopol. The festival will also be held on the national game "Kichka uyen". Gala-concert of the festival will be held September 24 at the Concert Hall of Simferopol. The founders of the festival are the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, Executive Committee of the World Congress of Tatars, the organizers - National Centre for Development of the Republic of Tatarstan of the traditional culture with the assistance of the Crimean Ministry of Culture, Executive committee of the municipal district of Bakhchisaray. All-Russian festival "Tugerek uyen" of Tatar folklore started in 2008. Over the years, the festival took place in Ulyanovsk, Tyumen, Sverdlovsk, Samara region, Perm region, as well as in Bulgaria and Kazan, in the Republic of Mari El. The organizers hope that this year's festival will open new names of amateur artists, will give a unique feeling of high and pure folk art.
