The event dedicated to the 110th anniversary of the birth of the patriotic poet Fatih Karim was attended by writers of Tatarstan and Bashkortostan. According to the head of the Bizhbulyaksky district Nail Gataullin, today is significant one   for Tatarstan and Bashkortostan.

We grew up on the verses by  Fatih Karim, but we know very little about him. I would like the whole world to know about him. The restoration of the museum is a merit of the President of Tatarstan and the World Congress of Tatars, said Nail Gataullin.

Also, gratitude to Tatarstan was expressed by  Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Bashkortostan Ranis Altynbaev. The daughter of the great poet Leyla Karimova, who spoke about the work of her father, also spoke to the guests.

The solemn event was accompanied by the performance of Tatar artists. People’s Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Zakirov, Honored Artist of Tatarstan Rustem Asaev, the Zuleylya group, Gulshat Imamieva, Gulnaz Gafurova and Alsu Valiullina delighted guests by performing popular songs.

At the  celebration the F. Karim Prize    for his great contribution to the development of culture, the Tatar language, and the perpetuation of the works of F. Karim was awarded. Among those who received the award: scientist Foat Galimullin, literary critic Ramil Sarchin, activist from the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug Ramil Kiyamov. The scientist Foat Galimullin is one of the specialists who has studied the works by  F. Karim all his life.

An exhibition dedicated to F. Karim was also organized in the lobby of the Bizhbulyak House of Culture. A solemn event dedicated to the 110th birthday of F. Karim was held in Bizhbulyak.
