These online lessons are conducted by Kazan Federal University teachers. Those who in passing tests have confirmed the obtained knowledge receive a certificate.
According to chairman of the committee Razil Valeev, the appearance of legislation acts is likely, governing the use of these certificates. In particular, using certificates could determine the level of command of the two official languages of Tatarstan by state and municipal employees.
Education online school “Ana Tele” is free. At present, the school numbers 10 243 people. Of these, nearly 10,000 from the regions of the Russian Federation, 275 from four dozen foreign countries. She is already studying at the highest 9th level. Lyudmila welcomed and introduced herself to the meeting participants in the Tatar language.
