Tatar National Cultural Autonomy of the Penza region is actively working to preserve the native language. As part of its activities, the autonomy conducts free courses on learning the Tatar language, which take place in the office every Sunday. The courses are taught by an experienced methodologist of the Kayum Nasyri Institute, a teacher of the Tatar language and literature Dina Yangurazova.

Upon completion of the course, each graduate will be issued a certificate confirming their level of proficiency in the Tatar language.

It is also worth noting that the Tatar National Cultural Autonomy of the Penza region provides its students with all necessary textbooks and teaching aids for learning the language.
