The event in Sulyayevka was attended by the Minister of Forestry, Hunting and Nature Management of the Penza region Rishat Altynbayev, the head of the Lopatinsky district Olga Lapshina, the chairman of the society of Tatar culture of the Lopatinsky district Kasym Narbikov and a member of Penza region Tatars autonomy Shamil Shabanov.

Shamil Shabanov presented letters of thanks and memorable gifts to the activists. The guests were greeted with a traditional chak-chak.

A colorful holiday was also held in Sinorovo. Alexey Atyasov, head of the Luninsky district administration, Rashid Alyushev, Deputy Chairman of the Tatar National Cultural Autonomy of the Penza Region, and Zulfiya Barayeva, Chairman of the Society of Tatar Culture of the Luninsky District of the Penza Region, arrived at Sabantuy.
