On the 31st of July, the final of the IV Republican Contest “Tatar kyzy-2024, Kazakhstan” took place.  The event was organised online and brought together Tatar youth from every corner of Kazakhstan.

The contestants showed off their knowledge of the Tatar language, its culture, traditions and customs. The judges assessed their original approach to homework, their ability to answer intellectual questions, as well as their creative performances and culinary skills.

The chairman of the jury was chaired by Elvira Ginaevna Khabibullina, the organiser of the Tatar Kyzy Republican Contest in Kazakhstan. Also among the judges were Almaz Firdavisovich Khaliullin – Chairman of the Committee for Work with Tatar Youth of the Executive Committee of the World Congress of Tatars (Kazan, Tatarstan), Ayupova Aizilya Ilshatovna – Programme Director of the International Directorate “Tatar kyzy” (Kazan, Tatarstan), Idrisova Kadriya Raisovna – Chairman of the World Tatar women organization  “Ak kalfak”.  (Kazan, Tatarstan), Nizamutdinova Jannat Asgatovna – the head of the organisation “Ak kalfak” at the Congress of Tatars and Bashkirs of Kazakhstan (Astana, Kazakhstan), Nasybullina Sanya Akhmetsafovna – teacher of the Tatar language (Aktobe, Kazakhstan), Akinzyanova Ayana – assistant to the plenipotentiary representative of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Republic of Kazakhstan (Astana, Kazakhstan), Tukhbetova Adilya – head and correspondent of the correspondent office of TNV TV and Radio Company (Astana, Kazakhstan).

The winner of the competition became Nasretdinova Vasilya Vyacheslavovna from Almaty. She will represent Kazakhstan in the semi-final of the international competition “Tatar kyzy” in Kazan. We wish her success and victories!

The second place went to Marotova Safiya from Kostanay.
