The Executive Committee of the World Tatar Congress October 29-30, 2015, held an All-Russian Forum of local lore in Kazan, for which from many regions of Russia came more than 150 local historians: journalists, teachers, museum workers, representatives of other professions, united by an interest in the history of the Tatars in the places of their residence. We note the number of the most representative of the delegation were from Bashkortostan. For the first time in one room we met Kazan expert historians, many enthusiasts, researchers and students of the Kazan universities.

On Tuesday, March 17, 2015, in Ryazan, at the department of local history of Ryazan Regional Universal Scientific Library named after M. Gorky the book by Aleksandr Aleksandrovich Cheremin "Kasimov Khanate (XV-XVIII century)" was presented. In the monograph, on the basis of referred, never investigated by researchers, of historical sources, a unique story, in its way, the state - Kasimov Khanate (Meshchera yurt) is given.

A new director - Iskander Gilyazov, head of the history department of the Tatar people of Kazan Federal University has been presented to the staff of the Institute of the Tatar Encyclopaedia.
