This vibrant winter celebration, which has become one of the main cultural brands of the Kukmor District, will be held with the support of the winter festival “Kurshe”, the Administration of the Kukmor District, and JSC Kukmor Felt and Valenki Factory.
Participants of different ages spent several hours creating horses out of threads, while also learning about the significance of the horse in Tatar culture and everyday life.
Albina Medvedeva, a member of the youth executive committee of the Tatar autonomy of Penza Oblast and executive director of the “Tatar Kyzy” contest, participated in the all-Russian youth intensive “Code — Unity,” which took place in Moscow.
The parties outlined key areas of cooperation for the upcoming year 2026, which has been declared by Russian President Vladimir Putin as the Year of the Unity of the Peoples of Russia.
The exhibition traces the scholar’s life journey. It features a rich collection of photographs from the Bigiev family archive, as well as personal belongings of Musa Yarullovich.
During the meeting, the parties discussed issues related to the accreditation of the Halal Committee of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Tatarstan, as well as the development of halal product manufacturing in the republic.
The meetings will focus on the implementation of joint projects and the discussion of pressing issues related to both economic development and the spiritual and cultural life of the Tatar community in the capital.
