On July 1, in Tashkent, on the fileds of the Uzbek State Institute of Physical Culture (UzGIFK), sports games of the Tatar youth organized by the Tatar public cultural and educational center (TPCEC) of Tashkent took place. More than 50 people took part in it.
TPCEC of Tashkent pays a special attention to the younger generation, educating it in the spirit of patriotism, love of the Motherland, preservation of the native language, national traditions and culture, including support of aspiration to play sports.
During the Cup of Confederations in Russia, including matches held at the Kazan-Arena stadium in the Republic of Tatarstan, the youth showed a desire to engage in active sports. Divided into 5 teams of 8 people each, the guys held a training game of football. Girls also did not go unheeded for the exciting game of volleyball. The trainer on sports is the senior lecturer of the chair of football UzGIFK, the member of the board of TPCEC of Tashkent Sabir Pirnazarov.
Sports competitions unite people of different nationalities, professions and activities, strengthen team spirit, enable young people to test their abilities and strengths. After all, organizing such large-scale events in Tashkent as Sabantuy, the Day of Tatarstan, etc., mean a team work in a single collective.
Games on football and volleyball among the Tatar youth will be held every Saturday. Everyone can take part in them at the age from 18 to 35 years.
In the future, it is planned to hold sports games between young people for prizes and medals of TPCEC of Tashkent and the Representative Office of Tatarstan in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The best players will take part in competitions together with other national cultural centers.
