During today’s trip to the Novosibirsk Region, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the National Council of the World Tatars Congress Vasil Shaykhraziev met with Deputy Governor of the Novosibirsk Region Sergey Nelyubov. The roundtable was attended by Amir Garayev, Chairman of the Tatar National Cultural Autonomy of the Novosibirsk Region, and Ravza Tikhomirova,  head of the Novosibirsk Regional Tatar Center.

Vasil Shaikhraziev and Sergey Nelyubov discussed the construction of the Tatar Center. Chairman of the National Council expressed great gratitude to the leadership of the Novosibirsk region for  opportunity to preserve  traditions and customs of the Tatars living in the region, as well as for supporting the activities of the Tatar national-cultural organizations.

We remind  that about 30 thousand Tatars live in the Novosibirsk region. In 2020, the Novosibirsk Regional Tatar Center will celebrate its 30th anniversary. Tatarstan provides all kinds of support to the regional Tatar organization. Including construction of a new building of the Center is under the control of  Chairman of the National Council of WCT Vasil Shaykhraziev.
