Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of the Tatars Vasil Shaykhraziev visited Kyzyl-Chishma village, Batyrevskiy district of Chuvashia. The reconstruction of the youth public center “Selet-Batyr” was carried out here. The official opening of the center is scheduled for May 2023.

Renovation work began in July 2020. During this time, a complete reconstruction of the three-story building was carried out. This Center should become an interregional space for attracting, developing and implementing new educational, information and communication technologies.

On the basis of the Center year-round training will be held in various areas. It is planned to hold district, republican, regional and international cultural and educational events, thematic conferences, forums, etc.

Modern auditoriums, spaces for media services, a recording studio, sports and dance floors – all this is provided on the territory of the Center.
