The Republican Center of Tatar Culture will host masterclasses on crafting national headwear, including the kalfak, bibs (izү), bandages (khәsitә), and traditional ornaments in September 2024. These workshops will be conducted in 3 districts within the Republic of Mari El: Paranginsky, Morkinsky, and Mari-Tureksky.

The primary objective of these events is to safeguard and promote traditional costumes and their components, which constitute a significant element of our region’s cultural and spiritual heritage.
