On 19 October, Danis Shakirov, a deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan and Executive Committee Head of the World Congress of the Tatars, met with Mars Ibragimov, Chairman of the regional public organisation National Cultural Autonomy of Tatars of the Tver region.

Mars Tukayev, first Deputy Head of Executive Committee of the World Congress of the Tatars and Head of the Committee for Work with Tatar Public Organizations in the regions of the Russian Federation, and Farhad Latypov, Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of the World Congress of the Tatars and Chief of Staff, also attended the meeting.

The meeting discussed preparations for the District Meeting of Tatar public organizations of the Central Federal District, scheduled to be held in Tver in the first ten days of February 2025.
