Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of the Tatars, Vasil Shaykhraziev, is continuing his working visit to Moscow.

Vasil Gabtelgayazovich met with the Chairman of the Council of Muftis of Russia and the Chairman of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Russian Federation, Mufti Ravil Hazrat Gaynutdin. The Chairman of the National Council congratulated him on the beginning of the month of Ramadan.

During this meeting, they also discussed the upcoming All-Russian Forum of Tatar Religious Figures, which will be held in Kazan in May. Vasil Shaykhraziev spoke about his working trip to Saudi Arabia and his participation in the “Makkah Halal Forum 2026,” which took place in Mecca.

The Chairman of the National Council also took part in an iftar in the city of Moscow.
