An Interregional children’s ice hockey tournament for the challenge cup of the Interregional Public Organization “World Congress of Tatars” took place in the town of Sosnovka, Kirov Region.

The tournament was held at the Vityaz Sports Complex. Several teams from Tatarstan, the Kirov Region, Mari El, and Udmurtia participated.

According to the tournament results, first place was taken by the team “Ak-Bure” (from the village of Ash-Buzi, Tatarstan), second place went to the team “Yaguar” from Udmurtia, and third place was secured by a team from the Vyatskopolyansky District (Kirov Region) representing the village of Sredniye Shuni.

The winning team was awarded the challenge cup, a certificate of honor, medals, and valuable prizes from the Executive Committee of the World Congress of Tatars. The teams that took 2nd and 3rd places received certificates of honor, medals, and gifts. The four best players were awarded certificates of honor, a cup, and a valuable prize.

The tournament was successfully held thanks to the coordinated efforts of the Executive Committee of the World Congress of Tatars, the Regional Public Organization of Tatars of the Kirov Region, the administrations of the Vyatskopolyansky District and the town of Sosnovka, and the staff of the Vityaz Sports Complex.
