As part of his working trip to the Bardymsky Municipal District of Perm Krai, Vasil Shaykhraziev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of the Tatars, visited the village of Sarashi. Here, he toured the Sarashi Secondary School. The educational institution’s leadership presented the guests with its material and technical facilities, classrooms, and the results of their work in preserving the native language and national traditions.

During a meeting with the teaching staff and students, issues were discussed regarding the support of the Tatar language and culture in the educational process, the organization of extracurricular activities, and interaction with public organizations.

Vasil Shaykhraziev emphasized the importance of systematic support for educational institutions in areas with compact Tatar populations, noting that the school is a key institution for preserving language and national identity.
