The Orchestra of the Kamal Theater and the Union of Composers of Tatarstan will jointly close the 2025–2026 concert season. The concert will take place on July 4 at 9:00 PM on the embankment of Lake Kaban, near the Kamal Theater.
The organizers promise two acts, a diverse musical repertoire, and maximum live sound on the stage by the water.
The first act will feature classics of Tatar music: works by Nazib Zhiganov, Sary Sadykova, Rustem Yakhin, Rezeda Akhiyarova, Alexander Klyucharev, Svetlana Zoryukova, Renat Khakimov, and Zulfiya Raupova.
At the conductor’s podium will be the chief conductor and artistic director of the Kamal Theater Orchestra, Daniyar Sokolov, Chairman of the Union of Composers of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilyas Kamal, and conductor Ivan Veretelny.
The concert will feature artists of the Kamal Theater and invited guests.
In the second act, the orchestra will transition to an electronic format. The audience can expect a DJ set by Walkman DJ and an electronic live set by Holofonote.
Admission to the concert is free.
