First Tatarstanians to go to Hajj on August 4

Tatarstan pilgrims will start flying to Hajj on August 4. This was said  in an interview with Tatar-inform, by deputy director of the DUM RT Hajj Ildus Sabitov. In total, according to him, this year pilgrimage will be performed by 20,5 thousand Muslims of Russia, including 1800 residents of Tatarstan – last year, by the way, the number of Tatarstanians was 1,700 people. “The pilgrims start flying out on 4 August. There will be several groups with a flight from Kazan and Moscow. Groups of pilgrims will fly out every day until August 15, “the source said.
