Kazan hosted Open Air dedicated to the celebration of the Day of Tatarstan

On Thursday, August 18, Kazan hosted a large Open Air dedicated to the celebration of the Day of Tatarstan. The Tatar Radiosi radio station organized the event near the Kazan family center.

A grandiose four-hour marathon of the leaders of the charts gathered several thousand spectators. The entire space in front of the Chalice was filled with lovers of Tatar music.

The concert was opened by the youngest performers, namely the Laureates of the children’s award of the TMTV channel “Balaly Solyanka” – “Children’s Solyanka”. After the townspeople waited for the performances of Tatar pop singers Ilshat Safin, Marat Yarullin, Ildus Sadykov, Aidar Rakipov, Honored Artist of the Republic Bulat Nigmatullin, singer, laureate of the international competition named after Galiya Kaibitskaya Leysan Gimaeva. The evening ended with the headliner of the event Honored Artist of Tatarstan Firdus Tyamaev.

Recall that the first Open Air took place in 2001. The venue at that time was the platform near the theater named after Galiaskar Kamal. For the past two years, due to coronovirus restrictions, the concert has not been held.
