Today Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of the Tatars Vasil Shaykhraziev is on a working trip to Nizhny Novgorod region.
It is planned to visit mosques, municipal educational institutions and lay flowers to the monument to Rashid Vagapov and Khaidar Bigichev.
