On January 11, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of the Tatars Vasil Shaykhraziev arrived on a working trip to the Republic of Bashkortostan

Here the chairman met with active members of Tatar public organizations of the republic. The meeting was attended by the head of the committee for working with Tatar public organizations in the regions of the Russian Federation, Mars Tukaev, and the representative of the World Congress of Tatars in the Republic of Bashkortostan, Alfred Davletshin.

Vasil Shaykhraziev spoke about annual meetings in federal districts.

“We spent 2023 with dignity. Many different projects were implemented. The National Council declared 2024 the Year of Personalities. We must remember that we are talking not only about historical figures, but also those who live among us today.

The largest event “National Assembly” (“Millet Jyeny”) is also planned for 2024,” said Mr. Shaykhraziev.

Activists of Tatar public organizations of the Republic of Bashkortostan were awarded medals of the Congress.
