Performers from Russia, CIS countries and abroad are invited to participate in the competition.

The competition of Tatar song and instrumental music "Ural sandugachy" ("Ural nightingale") will be held on March 11-12, 2023 in Yekaterinburg. The event is a qualifying round of the International Television Competition "Tatar Mony" named after Ilkham Shakirov.

A lecture by the historian Alexander Cheremin was held in the library of the Tatar Cultural Center in Moscow.

The route includes the former Tatar Teachers' School, Yunusovskaya Square, the Gubaidullin House, the Al-Marjani Mosque, the Mukhammadia and Marjani Madrasahs, as well as the house where the scientist lived.

Chairman of the Executive Committee of the World Congress of the Tatars in 2002-2017, member of the National Council of the WCT Rinat Zakirov expressed his opinion on the activities of the Bureau.

Tatarstan President emphasized that the Tatars and the Turkmens are fraternal peoples.

The main goal of the project is to promote the Tatar song, the national song traditions of the Tatar people, and to identify talented performers.

The Bureau was established on November 21, 2022 at a meeting of the National Council during the XV Forum “Business Partners of Tatarstan” in Kazan.
