The World Congress of the Tatars announces the First All–Russian contest “Khabar” - “News” among editors and journalists of Tatar-language newspapers, TV and radio programs produced outside Tatarstan.

The lecture by the historian Alexander Cheremin was held in the library of the Tatar Cultural Center in Moscow.

The first session was attended by 50 people.
