In Moscow, a premiere production of playwright Mustai Karim’s “Kyz Urlau” (“Abduction of a Girl”) has opened the tour of the Menzelinsky State Tatar Drama Theater named after Sabir Amutbaev.
Before the start of the performance, Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative of Tatarstan to the Russian Federation Emil Fayzullin, Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Bashkortostan under the President of the Russian Federation Evgeny Kravtsov, Director of the theater Robert Shaimardanov made a welcoming speeches from the stage.
Emil Venerovich on behalf of Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Russian Federation Ravil Akhmetshin presented Director of the theater Robert Shaikhilievich a Letter of thanks and a memorable gift – a picture.
We remind today, October 23, at the Moskontsert Hall Hall, the Menzelinsky Theater will present the tragedy of Huseyn Javid “Iblis” (“Devil”).
According to the plot, the main characters are two brothers – Arif and Vasif, who were once lost. They do not recognize each other and begin to compete over a woman. One of jealousy kills the other. As a result, the devil gives one of the characters a mirror and makes him look at himself. The production tells of human weaknesses and temptations.
The performance “Iblis” (“Devil”) is a laureate of the Tantana Theater Award “Triumph” in the nomination “Event of the Year”, participant and diplomat of the 16th festival “Theaters of Small Cities of Russia”.
The performance starts at 19:00. The performance is provided by simultaneous translation into Russian.
