Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of the Tatars Vasil Shaykhraziev visited the Tatar ethno-cultural elementary school in Perm. It is located next to the Chulpan kindergarten, where there are 5 groups for children of Tatar nationality and 6 Russian groups. The reconstruction of the building was undertaken by local Tatar entrepreneurs.

It is planned that 150-160 children will be able to study in the educational organization.
