On July 1, the traditional national holiday Sabantuy took place in Maardu. Representatives of national societies of Estonia, deputies and citizens gathered at the plough festival.

During the event, the dance studio “Five Stars” from the city of Kohtla-Yarve presented the production “Shal bayladem” (in Tatar) translated as “Shawl tied”.

Staging a dance requires time, patience and an attentive approach, especially with children. It was the professionalism of choreographer Yulia Ryazantseva that brought this beautiful number to life.
