The bid campaign of the Republican festival “Altyn Kalam – Golden Feather” has begun. Young people between the ages of 14 and 24 from the Republic of Tatarstan who are engaged in media activities can apply until January 31.
This year it will be held in a new format and will include three areas: the traditional individual nomination, as well as media centers of universities and colleges.
To participate in the festival, you must fill out an application and post a video on the topic “Me and Russia” on your VKontakte page, the duration of which should not exceed 1 minute. Then the participants should send their portfolios to the project’s e-mail with the subject of the letter “Last name_First name_direction”.
