In 2024, the All-Russia rural Sabantuy will be held in Perm region. The symbol of the All-Russian rural Sabantuy “Tulpar-at” was presented by the Governor of the Astrakhan Region Igor Babushkin to the Governor of the Perm region Dmitry Makhonin.

Dmitry Makhonin promised to organize this holiday at a high level next year and thanked the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov for starting the tradition of holding this wonderful holiday in different regions of Russia.
