Yekaterinburg will host Day of Tatar cuisine
February 28, on the birthday of the great Tatar culinary specialist Yunus Akhmetzyanov, at the capital of the Urals there will be another holiday – the Day of the Tatar cuisine.
Twelve professional educational institutions of the region will demonstrate the diversity of the national Tatar cuisine, will treat everyone with the presented meal.
The culinary festival is held on the initiative of the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Urals region with the support of the regional Ministry of General and Vocational Education and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Sverdlovsk Region.
In the framework of the event: a unique exhibition, presentation of national cuisine meals. When evaluating the work, the jury members will evaluate not only the quality and taste of the dishes prepared, but also the table setting, taking into account the national color, as well as the creative approach to creating the presentation.
For those present at the event a master class from the master of industrial training of the College of Small Business and Entrepreneurship from Kazan Elena Sivakova will be held.
