Today, the place is an untidy space - the paths are broken, there is nowhere to sit down to rest, an old playground and an enclosed backyard where there is a parking and service area. The square is popular among the townspeople, so the architects propose to make the park more permeable by organizing additional footpaths along existing paths, zoning the space into a concert zone and the territory of the alley. They want to open the backyard of the Philharmonic so that they can hold creative meetings there in the open air. Children will also have their own space - the playground will be landscaped and equipment will be installed.
